Please be aware, unless you are a national trust member, entry to Calke Abbey will cost. Parking is chargeable at the other 2 sites as well.

How do I book?
Confirm your slot by following the link above, booking your session is a breeze. With just a few clicks of the mouse, you'll secure your spot for a memorable photoshoot experience. Shortly after booking, expect to receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from me, ensuring everything is set for your upcoming session.
Please ensure you choose the correct date for your preferred location.
As the shoot date approaches, I'll reach out once more to finalise details such as the meeting location and offer some helpful suggestions on clothing choices to ensure you look and feel your best during the session. Rest assured, I'm here to make the entire process seamless and enjoyable for you from start to finish.

What if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather forecasted, please note that all scheduled shoots will be rescheduled to one of the other available dates. Should rain persist on the rescheduled date, rest assured that I will promptly issue a credit note, allowing you to book your session for a future date that accommodates both of our schedules. Let's remain hopeful for clear skies, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
CAN I BRING MY WHOLE FAMILY?
A Sunday Session entails a brief outdoor photoshoot designed for groups of up to 6 individuals from a single family unit. For groups exceeding this limit, the purchase of two time slots will be necessary to accommodate the larger party size. This ensures that each booking receives the attention and quality imagery they deserve during the session.
Cancellation?
Due to the limited availability of sessions, all bookings are considered final and non-refundable. Rescheduling to an alternative date or time is not permitted. However, if you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled Session, you have the option to transfer or resell it to a friend or family member as a thoughtful gesture. Please do let me know if this is the case.
Time Slots
To ensure smooth operations and maintain punctuality for all families & couples participating, I'll be adhering to a strict schedule on the day of the sessions. If you happen to arrive late, I may need to abbreviate your shoot to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Your promptness is greatly appreciated, as it allows everyone to enjoy their allotted time fully.
